What to include

Page URL, the action you took, what you expected, and what happened. Browser version and console/network errors help. For digest quality issues, include the source video URL and what felt wrong or missing.

Security and data-loss reports are prioritized first, then production regressions, then enhancements. If work is blocked, say so.
